A record with the same name is reported as a possible match and nothing is added until add_anyway is set. Uses one lookup credit when an e-mail address is found.
confirm_possible_match
ChatGPTRecord the customer's answer about a possible match from find_person_in_crm: that the CRM record is the same person, or a different one. The answer must name the person the search was about (their name, company, e-mail or profile link), or it is refused. Confirming also saves the person's profile link on the record when it has none, provided a search or lookup here returned that link for this person at the company the search named.
find_company_details
ChatGPTFind a company's details (industry, size, location, website, main phone line, technologies) from its own domain or its public page link. Uses one lookup credit when the details are not already stored.
find_contact_details
ChatGPTFind a person's work e-mail address, other contact details and current job from their public profile link, an e-mail address, or their name and company. Uses one lookup credit when an e-mail address is found, nothing otherwise.
find_person_in_crm
ChatGPTCheck whether a person is already in the customer's connected CRM, by name or e-mail and optionally their profile link. Uses no lookup credit. A record that matches on name alone is reported as a possible match, never as proof; the customer's answer is recorded with confirm_possible_match.
get_account

get_bulk_add_status

update_crm_record
ChatGPTChange a person's name, job title, e-mail addresses or phone numbers, or a company's name, website, industry or description, on a record in the customer's CRM. The record must have been read with get_crm_record first, and only e-mail addresses and numbers that read showed can be removed.
