Overview

Ask about a Google account that is full of Gmail, a word you cannot find inside a PDF, a YouTube subscriptions feed you cannot keep up with, or where Android puts a downloaded file, and this plugin finds the matching how-to page from more than 180 answer pages on the Adinand Innovations app websites (adinandemail.com, docfindapp.com, subsenseapp.com and adinandsorter.com), read live when you ask. It also runs four calculators already on those sites: how much time unwanted email costs in a year, roughly how much storage an email archive takes, a Gmail search for large, old or attachment-heavy mail (it opens that search in Gmail and changes nothing), and how many videos a set of YouTube subscriptions publishes into the feed each week. If you ask about one of the studio's apps (Adinand Email Cleaner, DocFind, SubSense, Adinand Auto File Sorter), it answers from the facts file that app's website publishes. Every tool is read-only. The server reads only public files on those sites, has no accounts, needs no sign-in, and cannot see or change a mailbox, a PDF or a YouTube account.

Tools

email_hoard_size

ChatGPT
Use when someone asks how much storage their emails take or how long clearing them by hand would take. Returns an estimated size, the share of a 15 GB Google account quota, the time to clear them one by one at 2 seconds each, and the page's hoarder rank. Same model as https://adinandemail.com/tools/email-hoarder-calculator.

find_answer_pages

ChatGPT
Use when a user asks a how-to question about Gmail storage and cleanup, searching PDFs, YouTube subscriptions or Android files that one of the Adinand sites may already answer. Returns up to 10 answer pages (title, URL, Markdown mirror URL, one-line summary), ranked by word overlap with the query, read from each site's answers/index.md.

get_app_facts

ChatGPT
Use before answering a question about one Adinand app, to ground the answer in its published facts rather than guesswork. Returns that app's facts.json as its website publishes it (what it does, platforms, free tier, limits, notes), with prices and paid-plan details left out, and the URL it came from.

gmail_cleanup_query

ChatGPT
Use when someone wants to find large, old, promotional or attachment-heavy mail in Gmail. Returns a Gmail search string built from Google's documented search operators and a link that opens that search in Gmail; it changes nothing. The category values are Gmail search operator values, nothing more. Same builder as https://adinandemail.com/tools/gmail-cleanup-query-builder.

inbox_time_cost

ChatGPT
Use when someone wonders how much time unwanted email costs them. Returns an estimate of unwanted emails a year, hours a year and, from 40 hours up, work-weeks, computed from the three assumptions given. Same model as https://adinandemail.com/tools/inbox-time-calculator.

list_adinand_apps

ChatGPT
Use when someone asks which apps Adinand Innovations makes. Returns each app's id, name, one-line summary, platforms, website, store links, support address and facts-file URL, read live from https://adinand.com/facts.json.

youtube_feed_flood

ChatGPT
Use when someone asks why their YouTube subscriptions feed is overwhelming. Returns an estimate of videos published into the feed per week and per year, how many channels would be flagged as flooders or be dormant, and a rank, from a channel count and a mix. Same model as https://channelsorter.com/tools/feed-flood-calculator/.
