Overview

Save complete answers, reports, and notes from ChatGPT to your private Aperture Read inbox. Keep the supplied text, links, and references. Each successful save returns a receipt and a link to the reader. Read with adjustable fonts, text size, spacing, and themes. Continue from your saved position across devices, find documents by title in the reader, and mark them finished. The plugin can check receipt metadata for a known capture ID and optionally report a technical save failure without document content. Images and files remain links; their bytes are not copied. The plugin cannot search or read your saved document bodies, delete documents, or send email. Sign in and connect your Aperture Read account through OAuth.

Look up one known capture_id in the connected account before recovering an unconfirmed save or capture_conflict. Returns receipt metadata, not report content. current_title may have been edited. A found receipt does not prove your current arguments match the original. not_found is a current observation; an in-flight save may still finish. Retry saves only with the original ID and exact arguments. Removed documents remain saved captures; this tool does not restore them. Never generate a new ID automatically to bypass a conflict.

Never include content, titles, URLs, tokens or raw errors. Reuse report_id with identical fields for one reporting retry. Reporting is optional and must not block saving or recovery. If unavailable or unauthorized, leave a brief failure summary and any support ID in the conversation.

Returns text and structured receipts, with a visual receipt in hosts that render the attached card. UI rendering is host-controlled; there is no show_ui option. Never repeat a save to obtain a card. Send the complete text including its ending and references; do not summarize or shorten it. Preserve real HTTP(S) links, including citation targets already available in the report, as Markdown links or full URLs. Use markdown for all ChatGPT captures to keep links clickable; use text only for an explicitly requested literal plain-text copy. Preserve formula delimiters in Markdown; use $$...$$ for display formulas and $...$ for inline formulas. Do not replace available URLs with opaque citation markers. Never search for, fetch, infer, or invent missing targets; keep a marker or source label as text when its URL is unavailable. Include source_url only when the user supplies a source URL. For a ChatGPT conversation, use its private conversation URL only when supplied; never guess it. Generate a fresh UUID capture_id for each new document, including each scheduled report. Prefer UUIDv7 when a real generator is available; UUIDv4 remains valid. Never copy an example ID or an unrelated capture ID. Keep the ID with its immutable title, format, body, and metadata; reuse only that pair for retries. If those arguments are unavailable, do not reconstruct a retry. Keep image URLs, alt text and captions as Markdown images at their original position. Images and files are saved as links, not copied bytes. Disclose receipt warnings. Retry an uncertain save at most twice with the same ID and exact arguments; never use a new ID as a recovery workaround. Preserve the complete original on size rejection. The destination is the connected account’s private inbox. Body limit: 256 KiB UTF-8.
