Each result has a confidence score (0-1): above 0.7 is strong evidence of a resident cat, 0.4-0.7 is moderate, below 0.4 is weak. Read cat_summary carefully — it may describe a cat near the property rather than living in it. Some results are cat-boarding businesses rather than human accommodation; check place_type to distinguish. Results are sorted by confidence, up to 50 per page (use limit/offset to paginate). Prefer search_cat_places_by_city when the user names a city. Use the country parameter to broaden to the whole country when the coordinate search returns nothing.
