Overview

Omphalis is where the articles, podcasts, videos, PDFs, and voice notes you choose to keep get structured and connected. This connector brings that Library into Claude, scoped to your own account. What you can do: - Search across everything you've kept, including transcripts, excerpts, and your own notes, then open any item to read its full content. - See an item's Strata (its typed structural moments) and the annotations attached to it. - Follow the Connections Omphalis has found between items in your Library. - Ask a question across several items and get an answer with citations back to the sources. - Save a new link or a note, organize items with Collections, tags, and Spaces, and add notes to your Marks. - Read your notebooks and add to them. You sign in with your Omphalis account and approve the scopes on a consent screen. Claude only sees your own Library, and you can revoke access from Settings in Omphalis at any time. Read tools work on every plan, including free. Saving links, creating Marks, and asking questions across your Library need a paid plan.

marks_add_note

Attach a personal note to an existing Mark — a system annotation or your own highlight. Use this to record your own thinking on a Mark (e.g. 'this argument seems weak') so it's saved in your Library, not just said in chat. Calling this again on the same Mark replaces its existing note rather than appending to it.
