Overview
ArecaBooking is a property management system for hotels, hostels and guesthouses. This connector lets Claude read one of your properties and answer questions about it in plain language. What Claude can read - Bookings: the booking list, a single booking with its guests, the booking's change history, and check-in readiness. - Rooms and prices: room types, rooms and beds, rate plans, seasons, room blocks, and day-by-day availability with prices and stay restrictions. - Front desk: today's overview, and arrivals, departures and in-house guests for any day. - Reports: occupancy, booking sources, room types, extras, payments and cancellations, plus revenue figures such as ADR, RevPAR and RevPAB. - Revenue manager: pricing recommendations and a preview of the price changes they would make. - Finance: transactions and invoices. Example questions - "Who arrives tomorrow and who still owes money?" - "How did occupancy and ADR compare between September and October?" - "Which channel brought the most revenue this month?" - "What does the revenue manager suggest for next weekend?" How it connects Add the server address, sign in to ArecaBooking, choose a property and click Allow. Each connection gives access to that one property only. Approving a connection requires permission to manage the property's API keys. Control and safety Every tool is read-only. Under Settings, Integrations, MCP, the property can switch off any tool it does not want an assistant to use. To disconnect, revoke the connection's key under Settings, API keys.
