Overview
Aster Agents is an enterprise AI workforce platform where organizations build and run autonomous agents connected to their business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Snowflake, Box, Egnyte, and more), with knowledge bases, data stores, scheduled tasks, and skills. This connector brings your Aster workspace into Claude. Sign in with your normal Aster login and Claude acts as you, scoped to your organization: - Discover agents: list the agents in your organization and inspect an agent's configuration (model, system prompt, attached tools, conversation starters). - Delegate work to agents: call any Aster agent with a message. Runs execute asynchronously on Aster with the agent's own tools and integrations; Claude polls the thread for the reply and can continue the conversation. - Search knowledge bases: semantic + keyword search over your organization's document knowledge bases, returning the most relevant chunks with file names and page numbers for citation. - Work with data stores: run read-only SQL queries against structured data stores, write rows, and describe or evolve a store's schema (tables, columns, views, constraints). - Review conversations: list your recent Aster threads and read full conversation history. - Multi-org support: members of more than one Aster organization can target a specific org by id. Access is enforced on every call with a live membership check; organization guests are blocked. Agent runs consume your organization's Aster model usage and may take the same actions (e.g. sending email, writing to a knowledge base) that the agent would in the Aster app.
