Overview
Atenda Social is a social media assistant for small businesses. This connector lets you manage your Atenda Social account from a conversation. What you can do: - See an overview of your account: drafts, scheduled posts, post ideas and credit balance. - Read your brand kit and the Instagram accounts connected to Atenda. - Create a new post draft from a short brief. Atenda writes the caption and hashtags with AI and generates the post image with AI, in your brand's colors and voice. - Change a draft: set the exact caption or hashtags, or describe a change in words ("make the title bigger"). - Schedule a draft on your connected Instagram account, publish it now, or save it to your library. - List scheduled posts, move a post to a new time, change its caption, or cancel it, and delete drafts you don't need. Good to know: - AI-generated images and text are saved as drafts for your own Instagram account. You review them before anything is published, and nothing is published until you ask. Publishing, cancelling and deleting always need your request. - You need an Atenda account with Atenda Social. To publish, you also need an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account connected in the Atenda app. - The assistant signs in with your Atenda login and can only see and do what you can in the app. Disconnect at any time in your assistant's settings. - Works best in Portuguese; English briefs also work.

edit_draft_caption
ChatGPTSets the exact caption and/or hashtags of a draft, overwriting the current text. Free (no credits). Returns the draft with postUrl.
edit_draft_design
ChatGPTChanges a draft from a plain-words instruction, such as "make the title bigger" or "use a different photo". Atenda redoes the post image with AI and overwrites the current version. Does not spend credits. For a carousel, slide_index is required. Returns the draft with postUrl.
generate_post
ChatGPTCreates a new draft post from a short brief, using the user's brand kit. Atenda picks the layout (single image or carousel). Spends the user's credits. Nothing is published until schedule_draft or publish_draft_now. If Atenda needs more details it answers with a question instead of a draft. Returns the draft with postUrl, a link to open it in Atenda.
get_brand_kit
ChatGPTReturns the brand identity (name, colors, voice, business description) that Atenda uses to write and design posts.
get_credits
ChatGPTReturns the remaining post-generation credits. Call this before generating several posts.
get_draft
ChatGPTReturns one draft: caption, hashtags, format, quality status and postUrl, a link that opens the post in Atenda to see the image. editUrl (the hand editor) is included only when hand editing is enabled for the account.
get_scheduled_post
ChatGPTReturns one scheduled or published post with its media and publishing status.
get_social_overview
ChatGPTUse this first to see the state of the user's Atenda Social account: counts of posts by status, active drafts, open ideas, weekly plan progress, image library size and the next upcoming posts.
list_drafts
ChatGPTLists post drafts, newest first. A draft is a generated post that is not yet scheduled or published.
list_instagram_accounts
ChatGPTLists the Instagram accounts connected to Atenda Social. Returns account ids, which schedule_draft and publish_draft_now take as account_id.
list_post_ideas
ChatGPTLists the post ideas Atenda suggested for the user (including the weekly plan). Use an idea as the prompt for generate_post.
list_scheduled_posts
ChatGPTLists posts that are scheduled, published or failed, with their dates and captions.
publish_draft_now
ChatGPTPublishes a draft to the user's Instagram right away; it is public within seconds. Only call this when the user clearly asked to post now. Returns the scheduled post id; get_scheduled_post shows when it is published.
regenerate_draft
ChatGPTRedoes a whole draft from scratch with AI, optionally from a new brief, replacing its current content. Does not spend credits. Returns the draft with postUrl.
save_draft_to_library
ChatGPTKeeps a draft in the Atenda library for later, without publishing or scheduling it, and records that the user chose it. Nothing is sent to Instagram.
schedule_draft
ChatGPTSchedules a draft to be published on the user's Instagram at a future time. The post goes public at that time. Only call this when the user asked to schedule it; confirm the date, time and time zone first. Returns the scheduled post id.
update_scheduled_post
ChatGPTChanges the caption or the publish time of a scheduled post that has not been published yet. Overwrites the previous value; the post still goes public on Instagram at its scheduled time.
