You can later search, browse, update, complete, or remove saved items directly from any conversation. ChatGPTCapture an idea or task from the current conversation (for example: add this to my backlog, save this for later). Create a new personal backlog item for the authenticated user. Use only when the user wants to add an item, not to modify an existing one. Status is Backlog; priority defaults to Normal. Returns the item and its UUID.
delete_backlog_item
ChatGPTPermanently delete one of the authenticated user's backlog items by UUID. Use only for an explicit request to remove an item, never for completion. Search first if the item is ambiguous; deletion cannot be undone through this service.
get_backlog_item
ChatGPTRetrieve full details of exactly one item using a known UUID. If the UUID is unknown, use search_backlog or list_backlog_items first.
list_backlog

ChatGPTFind existing items by a literal case-insensitive substring in title, description, context or any tag. Optional status and tags narrow results; ALL supplied tags must match exactly, case-insensitively. Returns at most 100 items, ranked by relevance, then most recently updated. Use list_backlog_items for browsing without a search phrase.
update_backlog_item
ChatGPTModify an existing item by UUID. Omitted or null fields stay unchanged. Empty description/context clears that field; [] clears tags. Moving to Done sets CompletedAt; leaving Done clears it. Use complete_backlog_item when the only intent is completion.
