Overview
BankPilot watches a user's bank accounts for recurring payments (rent, salary, insurance, utilities) and flags what is overdue, missing or off-amount. Connected to ChatGPT it answers, read-only, questions such as 'Welche Zahlungen sind ausstehend?', 'Show me the payments to TK', 'Zeige mir die letzten 3 Zahlungen von goldgas', 'Welche Regeln habe ich?' and 'Muss ich eine Bankverbindung erneuern?'. Answers come from the user's own transaction history, monitoring rules and bank-connection status; the app never moves money, changes rules or stores bank credentials.

ChatGPTOne-call answer to 'did all monitored payments arrive?', 'was ist ausstehend / überfällig / fehlt?': per rule the status (OK, OVERDUE or MISSING), expected vs. actual payment counts, last payment date, amount deviations and the most recent matching payments - plus the last bank sync time and which bank connections need re-authentication, so a status question needs no other tool.

ChatGPTThe user's payment-monitoring rules: what is monitored (counterparty pattern, category), how often a payment is expected, and the expected amount with tolerance.
list_transactions
ChatGPTThe user's bank transactions (Buchungen, Umsätze, Zahlungen), newest first. Amounts are signed (expenses negative, income positive). Filter by rule_id (exactly the payments a monitoring rule counts - prefer this for 'payments to X' when X is a rule), date range, category (use 'Uncategorised' for uncategorised payments), free-text search over counterparty and description, and amount bounds. Use limit for 'the last N payments'.
