BEAST Focus is a task and delegation app for teams. This app connects ChatGPT to your own BEAST Focus account, so you can work with your tasks, cards and projects in conversation. What you can do: - Plan your day: the app reads your overdue and due-today tasks, the lines on your Important & Urgent and Important cards, work your team owes you, and your reminders and commitments. You can then ask ChatGPT to suggest an order for the day. - Follow up your team: list the open tasks you gave a teammate, with their due dates and which are late. - Check a project: tasks done, in hand and overdue, this week's tasks and who holds them, open blockers and recent decisions. - Add to your cards: add a micro action to your Important & Urgent or Important card, or a note to your Notes card. - Give a teammate a task: the app first prepares the task on a card showing the teammate, the task and the date. It is sent from that card when you tap Send task, or when you confirm in the conversation. - Talk with your twin: if you use Twintia, send your twin a message and see its reply. What you need: a BEAST Focus account with a verified work email. Talking with your twin also needs Twintia. Connecting: sign in with your verified work email and a one-time code sent to it. You can disconnect in ChatGPT's settings, and see or remove your connections at chat.nextania.in/manage. What the app does not do: it does not delete, complete or edit tasks; you do that in the BEAST Focus app. A task that has been sent cannot be recalled from ChatGPT. The app works with your own account and your own contacts. Calendar events kept only on your phone are not part of your day.
