billr

billr is a Swiss invoicing app for freelancers, agencies and small businesses. The billr connector lets you run your invoicing in plain language: • Time tracking: "Log 2.5 hours on the website relaunch for yesterday" • Invoices: create invoices directly or from unbilled time, send them with a Swiss QR bill, send payment reminders, mark them as paid • Quotes: create, send and turn quotes into projects or invoices • Overview: open and overdue amounts, aging report, monthly revenue and expenses, hours per customer or project • Customers, projects, products, suppliers and expenses • Invoice and quote PDFs via a short-lived download link Each connection is bound to the one billr organization you choose when connecting, and you can disconnect at any time in billr under Einstellungen → KI-Assistenten. Actions that e-mail your customers or change existing data are marked as such, so Claude asks before running them.
