Biomni Lab

Biomni Lab is the first Integrated Biology Environment (IBE), a unified workspace where biologists collaborate with AI agents to execute complex research with rigor and at scale. Built by Phylo, an applied research lab dedicated to studying agentic intelligence for biomedical discovery, Biomni Lab combines large language models with specialized bioinformatics tools, curated databases (UniProt, NCBI, ClinVar, Ensembl), and cloud compute (CPU and GPU) in a single platform. This MCP connector exposes Biomni Lab's core capabilities: starting and managing research tasks, streaming agent output in real time, uploading and managing project files, and retrieving analysis results. Every task is reproducible with full code, transparent reasoning, and clear references. Phylo is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type 2 compliant.
