Overview

Bivio is an iPhone and iPad trip planner built on Apple Maps: you set your stops, and it shows what each choice costs in distance, driving time, days, new regions and budget. With this connector, the trip you plan in conversation goes straight into Bivio. The AI reads Bivio's plan format, checks the plan it wrote and fixes it, then gives you a link: tap it and Bivio opens the plan, looks up every place in Apple Maps and lets you review it before anything is added. Ask for several itineraries at once and compare them side by side in Bivio, or have an itinerary you already worked out transcribed faithfully. No account and no sign-in. The plan is encrypted with a key that exists only in the link, so Nidello cannot read it, and it is deleted after 7 days. When the plan format can't hold something you asked for, the connector notes it in general terms — field names and a generic description, never your values — so it can be added to Bivio. Bivio is free; Bivio Pro keeps as many trips as you like. Without the app, the link shows the plan in any browser.

Tools

check_plan

Claude
Checks the structure of a bivio-plan v2 object and lists errors (the import would fail) and warnings (Bivio will fill in a default). Nothing is stored.

get_plan_format

Claude
Returns the rules and a full example of the bivio-plan format (version 2), the JSON Bivio imports. Call it before writing a plan for Bivio.

request_feature

Claude
Tells the Bivio developer that the format is missing something: information the traveller gave that fits no field, or a field you could not fill. Write a GENERIC description of the missing capability (e.g. "visa requirements per stop", "seat numbers on train segments"). Never include names, contact details, booking references, places of this trip, anything personal, or the plan. Requests are collected into one daily summary sent to Nidello; the plan is never sent.
