Overview
Bizby is a collaborative whiteboard for workshops, planning and retrospectives, hosted in Canada. With this connector, Claude designs a board in conversation with you and builds it in Bizby as native, editable shapes, not a picture. Your team then works on it live, together. What Claude can build: - Workshops and retrospectives, with sticky-note stacks people can write on, dot votes, polls and decision notes - Flow charts and process maps, with real connectors and decision steps - Planners: kanbans, roadmaps and Now / Next / Later plans, with cards, owners, dates, status, swimlanes and tags - Story maps, timelines, prioritisation matrices and affinity clusters - Briefings, one-pagers and app screens from a Claude Design canvas - A board rebuilt from an image, such as a screenshot of a kanban in Miro, Trello or Jira Working with your boards, Claude can: - Create a new board, or add to one you already have open - Find your boards by name, and see what you have selected so "put it here" works - Read a board back, including what people wrote, voted and decided, to summarise a workshop, cluster ideas or turn notes into actions - See a board as a picture, check a layout before writing it, and export PNG, SVG or PDF - Change one part of a drawing it made, undo its last change, or remove its own drawing Claude acts as you, with your access: it sees the boards you can see and changes only the boards you can change. It can only change or remove shapes it drew itself, never your team's own work, and anything removed goes to the board's Recently deleted. Requires a Bizby Team+ or Enterprise plan. A team owner turns the connector on in Team settings → Integrations.
