Overview
Recipes tell you what. BreadAdvisor tells you why. BreadAdvisor is a bread-baking advisor that closes the loop between what you planned and what you baked. Connect your account and Claude can work with your real baking data: plan a bake from any recipe, check your dough mid-ferment from a photo, and log the finished loaf for a diagnosis - with every plan saved to your library and every bake compared against what was predicted. Planning computes real baker's math in code, not estimation: hydration, salt, yeast, and fat percentages are calculated deterministically from your ingredient weights, alongside style classification, what to expect, risk flags, and suggested tweaks. Ask for a recipe you don't have and BreadAdvisor will draft one for you to review before planning, or start from 11 built-in Starter Recipes, scan a recipe from photos, or revise something already in your library. Dough checks are vision-based: open the check form from the conversation, snap a photo of your dough, and get a readiness verdict - ready, wait, or borderline - with the visual evidence spelled out and the recheck timing scaled to your recipe's own schedule. Logging a finished bake returns a scored diagnosis with a predicted-versus-actual comparison across crumb, crust, and rise, so every bake teaches the next one. Photos travel through secure single-use forms (never through the conversation), are held for minutes at most, and are deleted after analysis. A free account includes three bakes; BreadAdvisor Pro adds unlimited bakes and cross-version comparison. A companion iPhone app shares the same account and library, with Android in closed testing.
