brightplace helps renters search for apartments and plan their next move directly in Claude. Search listings by location, bedrooms, bathrooms, and budget; inspect unit details and rent; estimate driving or walking travel times; and explore curated affordability and cost-of-living guidance. Check tour availability, submit a tour request after confirming the details, and look up the status of a submitted request. Tour requests are confirmed by the property by email. A brightplace account is required to use the tools. Each user signs in to their own account through OAuth, including when the connector is added to an organization.
