Overview

Broker Genius helps customs brokers, freight forwarders, importers and trade professionals identify HS codes for products. Enter one product or a list of items and select a country. The plugin returns the six-digit international HS code and, where supported, the national tariff line and matching tariff description. Results support customs classification workflows and should be reviewed before filing a customs declaration.

Classify a list of product descriptions into Harmonized System (HS) customs tariff codes. Returns, per item: the 6-digit international HS code (valid worldwide) and, when a country tariff book is available, the national tariff line (full_code) with its official description. Provide country_code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, e.g. "AI", "NP", "VC") to classify against a specific country's tariff; if omitted, the connected account's country is used. Countries without a loaded tariff return the 6-digit HS code only. Use for "what HS code is X" or pasted item lists. Max 50 items.
