add-boat-photos-from-urls
ChatGPTDownloads photos from public https image links (e.g. a shipyard page or a Dropbox/Drive direct link) and adds them to a boat, in the given order after the existing ones. The first photo of a boat becomes its main photo. The photos are also sent to the broker's website.
add-lead-note
ChatGPTAdd an internal note to a lead (only visible to the broker's team, never to the buyer). E.g. a summary of a phone call or what the buyer is looking for.
arrange-boat-photos
ChatGPTReorders a boat's photos, sets the main (featured) photo and optionally deletes photos, using the photo ids from get_boat. The resulting photos are sent to the broker's website, which is also how photos uploaded with get_photo_upload_urls reach the website.
complete-lead-task
ChatGPTMark a lead task as done (or reopen it). Task ids come from get_my_day or get_lead.
create-boat
ChatGPTCreates a new boat listing in BrokerForBoat as a draft, with its technical data and a title and description per language. Nothing is published on the website or the portals until the status is changed to published with set_boat_status.
create-lead
ChatGPTRegisters a lead entered by hand: a buyer who phoned, visited the office, met the broker at a boat show, wrote by email or was referred. It is assigned to the current user. Portal and website enquiries are created automatically and do not need this tool.
create-lead-task
ChatGPTCreate a follow-up task (reminder) on a lead, e.g. "Call to arrange the viewing" for next Monday. It is assigned to the lead's responsible person and appears in their tasks and daily summary.
draft-lead-reply
ChatGPTSaves a draft email reply to the buyer of a lead. The email is not sent: the broker reviews the pre-filled reply in BrokerForBoat and sends it from there. Replaces any previous draft of that lead.
get-account
ChatGPTReturns the broker's BrokerForBoat account: company name, the languages its listings are written in (the first is the default and needs a title), the portals it publishes to, whether a WordPress website is connected, the plan's boat limit and whether this user can create or edit boats.
get-boat
ChatGPTGet a boat's full listing: technical data, title and description in each language, photos (id, order, featured) and where it is published (website and portals), plus links to edit it and upload photos in BrokerForBoat.
get-lead
ChatGPTReturns a lead in full: buyer contact details, the boat they asked about, their original enquiry, the email conversation, internal notes, tasks and stage history.
get-lead-stats
ChatGPTLead analytics for a period (30, 90 or 365 days): leads received vs previous period, median first response time, % answered within 24 h, won leads and conversion, leads by source, pipeline funnel, lost reasons and most enquired boats. Editors see their own figures; owners and admins the whole company.
get-my-day
ChatGPTWhat the broker has to do today: their tasks due today or overdue, buyers waiting for their reply, and new leads from the last 24 hours. Good for "what do I have today?" or a morning summary.
get-photo-upload-urls
ChatGPTReturns one single-use upload link per photo (valid 30 minutes) to add photo files from the broker's computer to a boat. Each file is sent with an HTTP POST, multipart field "file" (JPG, PNG or WebP; recommended max 2000 px and about 1 MB). Photos are appended in upload order and the first photo of a boat becomes its main photo.
search-boats
ChatGPTSearch the broker's boats by text (title, manufacturer, model, internal code) and status. Returns id, title, status, price, year, length and number of photos. Use get_boat for the full listing.
search-leads
ChatGPTSearch the broker's leads (buyer enquiries from portals, the website or entered by hand). Filter by text (name, email, phone, boat), pipeline status, who is responsible and whether the buyer is waiting for a reply. Most recent activity first.
set-boat-portals
ChatGPTChoose on which portals a boat is listed (Boat24, TodoBarco, Band of Boats, Yachtall…). Only the portals enabled in the broker's account can be used (see get_account). A boat appears on a portal's feed only while it is published; portals read the feed periodically, so changes can take a few hours to show.
set-boat-status
ChatGPTChanges a boat's status. "published" makes it public: it is sent to the broker's WordPress website and appears in the feeds of the portals it is assigned to. "draft" hides it and "sold" marks it as sold; both remove it from the website.
set-lead-status
ChatGPTMove a lead to another pipeline stage: new, contacted, qualified, visit (viewing / sea trial), offer, won or lost. For lost, give the reason. Moving a lead also clears its "waiting for reply" flag.
update-boat
ChatGPTUpdates an existing boat. Only the fields sent are changed; for texts, only the languages sent. The change is also sent to the broker's WordPress website, and portals pick it up on their next feed read.
