Overview
CashSheet is a point of sale and back office for independent restaurants and small stores. This connector lets Claude answer questions from your Back Office data in plain language: sales by day and by hour, top-selling items, the day's cash sheet and whether it balanced, hours worked per employee and job, voided tickets with the reason and who authorised them, inventory on hand, and what is on the menu and on each till screen. If your store runs dual pricing, a cash discount or a surcharge, the connector explains what the adjustment figures mean. You connect with your normal CashSheet login and choose one organisation. Claude sees exactly what your role can see in the Back Office and nothing more: wages are visible only to owners and admins, and card data is never stored in CashSheet at all. The one thing the connector can change is the menu, and only if you allow it when you connect. Hand Claude a photo of your menu board, a PDF, or an export from another point of sale and it prepares the items, shows you a dry run of exactly what it would add and which till screen each item lands on, and writes only after you say yes. It can also build a full pizza matrix (sizes × crusts × toppings × specialties) with the builder screen. It never deletes anything. New items reach your tills on their next sync. CashSheet does not receive or store your conversation, and the connector is free: your own Claude plan does the work.
