Calculate a live quote for an exchange already validated by resolve_exchange. Never call this tool directly from raw user input. Only pass exact asset IDs returned with status=ready. A successful result includes checkoutUrl: a pre-filled Changelly link the user can open to continue. Do not use this tool for fiat purchases or incomplete network selections.

Always call this tool first for a crypto-to-crypto exchange request. It validates currencies, networks, and pair availability without rendering a widget. If a network is missing, ask the user for it. If status=ready, call calculate_exchange with the returned asset IDs. Fiat purchases such as buying BTC for USD are not supported by this plugin.
