ChargeHub

by ChargeHub

Overview

ChargeHub connects Claude to the widest range of EV charging networks across North America. Ask for chargers near an address, a detour on a road trip, or a hotel with charging on site, and Claude can search the area and report back what's actually there — how fast it charges, what it plugs into, what it costs, and whether the ports are free right now. Key features - Search by location — find charging stations around any latitude/longitude point, returned closest-first with the distance to each one. - Filter to what your car can use — narrow by charging network, connector type, charging level, and minimum power in kW, so a CCS driver never gets a list of Tesla-only posts. - Filter to what you need — free charging only, 24/7 public access only, hotels and lodging, or stations with specific amenities nearby. Live port status — pull the full record for a single station: street address, connector groups, per-port availability, pricing, and access instructions. A link to every station — each result carries a link to that station's page on chargehub.com, so you can open the map, photos, and user reports yourself. - English and French — request either language for station names, descriptions, and links.

Tools

get_charging_location_details

Claude
Get the full detail record for a single EV charging station: address, connectors, per-port status, pricing, and access info, plus DetailsUrl (a link to the location's page on chargehub.com).

get_charging_locations_radius

Claude
Find EV charging locations within a fixed ~1 degree box around a latitude/longitude point, with optional filters for network, connector type, charging level, power, price, and amenities. Results are sorted closest-to-farthest from the given point, each annotated with DistanceKm and DetailsUrl (a link to the location's page on chargehub.com).

get_charging_networks

Claude
List the public EV charging networks, each with its numeric ID (the network code), Name, and IconUrl (logo link, or null for networks with no logo). Use it to turn a network name into the code that get_charging_locations_radius filters on. That filter is remove_networks — an exclusion list — so to see only one network, pass the IDs of every other network; to hide a network, pass just its ID. Returns an empty list if ChargeHub has no networks to report.
