Overview
Chatasist is an omnichannel customer-support platform: one shared inbox for website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and email, an AI support agent that answers from your knowledge base, Kanban ticketing and a lightweight CRM. The Chatasist connector lets Claude work in your workspace as you, with your role and permissions: • Inbox — list and search conversations, read a thread, draft and send replies or internal notes, assign conversations and change their status. • Tickets — search tickets, open boards, create tickets, move them between stages and add comments (optionally emailing the customer). • Customers — look up contacts and their conversation history. • Knowledge — check what your AI agent knows about a topic. • Settings and more — AI agent settings, playbooks, labels, macros, work schedules, channels, integrations and team, through the same endpoints the Chatasist app uses. • How-to answers — Claude reads the Chatasist help center, so you can ask "how do I connect WhatsApp?" and get step-by-step instructions with a link. You sign in with your Chatasist account (email and password, plus two-factor if enabled) and pick the workspace to use; switch workspaces anytime by asking. Claude can only see and change what your role allows, every change runs through the same validation as the app, and anything Claude writes is labelled "Via MCP" in Chatasist. Changing passwords, deleting accounts or workspaces, API keys and payments stay in the app. Requires a Chatasist account (chatasist.com).
