Overview

Connect selected chatbots from one or more Chatsistant accounts. Enter account credentials only on the Chatsistant connection page. Read chatbot details, agents, source metadata, source tags, conversations and messages. Compare selected chatbots across connected accounts. With separate Read + Write authorization, create FAQ sources, rename sources, create or update source tags, and update supported chatbot or agent settings. Every change requires an exact browser preview and your approval before it can be applied. Examples: Show my connected chatbots; Compare their agents; Show recent support conversations; Add this FAQ; Rename this source. Source bodies, file uploads, URL imports, sending messages and deletions are not supported in this release. ChatGPT is the first tested client. Other compatible clients are planned and will be announced as tested and released.

apply_change

Apply exactly one prepared change after the user has approved it on its browser review page. Never prepare or approve an unrequested change. Cannot accept replacement fields. A consumed or uncertain change must not be retried; read the resource to reconcile first.

get_agent

Read agent details by UUID from the connected chatbot. Secrets and execution configuration are omitted.

get_chatbot

List all chatbots explicitly authorized for this connection, with names and UUIDs. Other chatbots are excluded.

List conversations of the connected chatbot, newest modification first when timestamps are present.

prepare_change

ChatGPT

Preview a requested FAQ creation, source rename, source-tag creation/update, or chatbot/agent update. No write occurs. Requires write consent. Return the approval_url as a clickable link so the user can review the exact target and changes in their browser. Then call apply_change after they approve.
