Overview

Play chess against a gentle or thoughtful practice computer, or share a board with someone beside you. Sign in to save and resume private games, inspect legal moves, request limited-search hints, take back a turn and export PGN. The opponent has no Elo rating and does not use Stockfish. Online matchmaking, clocks, arbitrary-position import and tournament analysis are not supported.

Play a legal move with optional promotion, updating the saved position, turn and history. In computer mode the opponent replies within the same atomic action. Use only for a requested move, with the current revision; preserve operationId for an exact retry.

undo_chess_turn

Remove the last human turn and computer reply in practice mode, or the last single move in shared-device mode. Replaces saved game history; requires explicit user intent and current revision.
