get_latest_tournament_result

Finds completed recorded broadcasts through the paginated catalog and returns computed ChessEver score leaders, exact event dates, round-completion evidence and an official-results link when available. It does NOT certify an official winner: officialWinner stays null, ties are not broken using synthetic rank or rating, and limited or partial coverage is explicit. Use since/until ISO timestamps for a requested date range; never substitute the first relevance-search match.
