accept_connection
ChatGPTAccepts a creator’s request to connect with the brand, so the two can message each other. Requests come from get_brand_inbox. To pass on a request, the person does it on ClipCrew.
check_compliance
ChatGPTChecks advertising text (a caption or script), or one of the linked creator's own ClipCrew clips, against the disclosure and claims rules ClipCrew applies (ASCI paid-partnership labels; SEBI, crypto and real-money-gaming notices), and returns pass or fix findings with suggested wording. Guidance, not legal advice.
connect_with_brand
ChatGPTSends the creator’s request to connect with a brand, with a short pitch, outside any campaign. Brands not on ClipCrew yet are contacted by the ClipCrew team. Agree the pitch with the creator first.
create_campaign
ChatGPTCreates a draft campaign from a brief, with suggested disclosure text. Creators cannot see it until it is published.
estimate_clip_job
ChatGPTReads a YouTube video's details through the YouTube Data API and estimates the credits a clip job would use. Does not download the video or start anything.
get_channel_snapshot
ChatGPTSummarises what works on a YouTube channel from ClipCrew's stored channel analysis (only for the linked account's own channel) and public channel details from the YouTube Data API. Never runs a new analysis.
get_clip_job
ChatGPTReturns the status of one of the creator’s clip jobs, or its finished clips with scores and reasons. Works for jobs started on the web or from a prepared request. For "my last job", "my latest clips" or any job the person did not just prepare in this chat, leave out jobId and requestId: that returns their most recent job.
get_creator
ChatGPTReturns one creator's channel summary, audience signals, sample videos and fit reasons for the brand.
get_payments
ChatGPTShows payment milestones on agreed collabs: what is scheduled, due, late or paid.
get_profile
ChatGPTReturns the linked ClipCrew account: display name, whether it has a creator profile, and the brands it can act for.
invite_creator
ChatGPTInvites a creator on ClipCrew to one of the brand’s campaigns with ClipCrew’s standard invite. Creators not on ClipCrew need an intro request on ClipCrew instead.
list_proposals
ChatGPTLists proposals: a creator’s own, or for a brand the ones waiting on its campaigns.
prepare_clip_job
ChatGPTSaves a clip job request with the chosen options and returns a link to review the credits and start it on clipcrew.ai. Does not start the job or spend credits.
publish_campaign

save_shortlist
ChatGPTSaves chosen creators to a named shortlist for the brand.
search_brands
ChatGPTSearches the ClipCrew brand directory by category and language. Without a linked account it returns counts only, never brand names.

ChatGPTFinds open brand campaigns that fit the creator, with the reasons for each match.
search_creators
ChatGPTFinds YouTube creators in ClipCrew's public creator directory that fit a brief by niche, language and audience size, with estimated fit and the reasons for it. Without a linked brand account it returns counts only.
send_payment_reminder
ChatGPTSends the brand ClipCrew’s standard reminder about a due payment. At most once every 72 hours per milestone.
send_proposal
ChatGPTSends the creator’s proposal for an open campaign to the brand. Confirm the rate, deliverables, date and message with the creator first.
update_campaign
ChatGPTChanges a draft or planned campaign: name, brief, budget, end date, platforms, languages, creator size split, target audience, return target or value per result. Send only the fields that change. Creators cannot see a draft, so nothing reaches anyone.
