Overview

For existing Comeback customers. Connect your account to find customers and loyalty balances, inspect aggregate reports, list audience segments, create new audiences, review campaign performance and prepare unsent campaign drafts. Access follows your current Comeback organization membership, admin permissions, pass restrictions and report location restrictions. Campaigns must be reviewed and sent in the Comeback admin panel. No feature scopes, client secrets or API keys are required.

create_campaign_draft

Save a new campaign draft for review in the Comeback admin panel. This tool never sends or schedules messages. Use saved segment IDs to select the audience. Supply a new UUID requestId for each new draft and reuse it when retrying.

Search customers by name, email or phone, or filter an audience. Supports pagination. For inactivity use lastVisitDate with minimumDaysSinceDate. Only customers accessible to the user are returned.
