Overview
CompanyDesk gives Claude read-only access to company data from official and open business registers of 22 European countries, including the Austrian Firmenbuch, UK Companies House, the French SIREN register, the Danish CVR, the Norwegian Foretaksregisteret and the Swedish Bolagsverket. Search a register by company name or registration number, retrieve master data such as legal form, status, address, seat and identifiers, and see current officers with their function and power of representation where the register provides them. For selected countries, Claude can retrieve balance sheet, profit and loss items and ratios from the filed annual accounts for up to ten financial years. On request, the date of birth of individual named officers can be retrieved to identify the signatories of a contract, where the register publishes it. Every answer states the register source and the query time and links to the company record on CompanyDesk.eu. Typical uses are drafting contract party clauses, checking who may represent a company, preparing due diligence and reviewing published financial figures. CompanyDesk offers no search for natural persons, no links between persons and companies, no beneficial owners and no credit ratings. The data are not an official register extract. A free CompanyDesk account is required; without CompanyDesk Pro, a limited number of free queries is available.
