textA: The first/original text to compare (this should be the ORIGINAL or BEFORE version) - textB: The second/modified text to compare (this should be the EDITED or AFTER version) - labelA (optional): Label for first text (default: "Original") - labelB (optional): Label for second text (default: "Edited") IMPORTANT: How to populate the texts: - If the user provides two explicit texts in their message, use those as textA and textB - If you (ChatGPT) previously edited/revised the user's text, pass the user's ORIGINAL text as textA and YOUR edited version as textB - If comparing conversation messages, extract the relevant text content from those messages - If the user says "what did you change in my text", textA should be their original text from earlier in the conversation, and textB should be your edited version - The texts must contain actual content - never pass empty strings unless both texts are genuinely empty How this tool works: Compares two texts word-by-word and displays them side-by-side with visual highlighting. Additions are shown in green, deletions in red, and unchanged text remains neutral. Provides statistics on the number of changes. Example scenarios: - User: "Show me what changed between the original and edited version" → Extract both versions from context - User: "What's the difference between these two texts: [text1] and [text2]" → textA=[text1], textB=[text2] - User provides text, you edit it, user asks "what did you change?" → textA=user's original, textB=your edit - User: "Compare option 1 and option 2" → textA=option 1 text, textB=option 2 text
