Overview
Corridome is a register of the firms that advise on, finance and arrange private-company deals: investment advisers, broker-dealers and the private-equity firms behind them. It is compiled from public filings (SEC Form ADV, 8-K exhibits, Form D) and firms' own websites, and every fact names the document it comes from. With the Corridome plugin, ChatGPT can search that register for you. Ask who advised on a deal, which banks a sponsor works with, what a firm has sold since 2024, or who holds a title at a firm. ChatGPT answers from the record, with links to the filing and to the record on corridome.com. What it can do: search firms by name, short name or SEC number; read a firm's funds, deals, portfolio companies and people; search deals by company, firm, role, state, type, value and year; read a deal's parties, value and source; read a company's owners and deals; and search people by name, title and firm. Contacts on request: when people are shown, ChatGPT can also fetch their published business contacts (email, phone, LinkedIn), but only when you ask for them. Each contact opened uses one credit from your monthly allowance, the same as on corridome.com. A person already opened this month, or a contact that is only a LinkedIn profile, uses none. Every answer with contacts says how many credits were used, how many are left and when they start again. What it can't do: it can't change your account, follow firms or export lists. To use it, sign in with your Corridome account when ChatGPT asks.
