CySo Flow runs the day-to-day of a small service business: customers, jobs and appointments, quotations, invoices, payments and expenses. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your CySo Flow account so you can ask about your customers, invoices and totals (for example what is unpaid or overdue and who owes the most), your quotations, upcoming appointments, products and expenses, and prepare new customers, appointments, quotations, invoices and expenses, or record a payment. You decide per connector key what ChatGPT may do, anything that creates or sends something needs your approval first, and you can hide client names from ChatGPT. ChatGPT only gets your data after you create a connector key in the app, and only what that key allows.
amount is the gross total paid INCLUDING VAT; vat_rate (percent) splits out the VAT. Set paid:false for an unpaid supplier bill.
