Donde Onde Where (DOW) is an editorial index of independent restaurants and bars, currently covering the UK, Portugal and Spain. This connector puts that index directly into your assistant, so recommendations come from venues that are actually tracked and profiled, each with a link to its full page. Ask about a city and you get its neighbourhoods, with venue counts and how active each one is. Ask about a neighbourhood and you get its Hot Score ranking. Hot Score is DOW's own momentum measure: it reacts to recent review activity, rating baseline and how complete a venue's profile is, and it is a leading indicator of who is gaining attention now, not a ranking of who is already famous. Ask about a venue by name and you get DOW's editorial verdict: what to book it for, its signature dishes, what it suits, its rating and review count. Two further tools cover what is new and what is being noticed. One returns the venues that most recently crossed DOW's editorial threshold in a city. The other reports whether a named venue appears in DOW's own AI-citation probes across several assistants, and states the sample size, so an absence reads as "not in our probes" rather than "invisible". The index is maintained rather than scraped once: venue data is refreshed on a rolling cycle and new venues are added as they qualify. Chains, cafes and bakeries are excluded on purpose. DOW publishes in English alongside further language editions aimed at the largest visitor populations to the regions it covers. Coverage is specific cities and neighbourhoods, not whole countries, and it grows. The connector reports the current list on request. Everything is read-only and free.
