easySales

easySales is a cloud CRM and billing system for small and mid-sized businesses. It keeps one record of the whole sales journey: customer accounts and contacts, opportunities, quotations, invoices, receipts (payments received) and credit notes, plus purchase orders, supplier bills, activities and tasks. This connector lets Claude work with your own easySales company data, with exactly the permissions of the person who connected. Ask Claude to look up an account, summarise what a customer owes, list overdue invoices, check the pipeline, review this week's tasks, or prepare a draft quotation. What it can do: - Read: search and open accounts, contacts, products, opportunities, quotations, invoices, receipts, credit notes, contracts and activities; ageing, statements and collections views. - Write, only with your explicit confirmation: create and update records, issue quotations, invoices and credit notes, record receipts and refunds, and approve or reject documents awaiting approval. Every change is shown as a preview first and saved only after you say yes. Changes are recorded under your name in the audit trail. Important: easySales records accounting documents. It does not move money. This connector cannot make, request, collect or send a payment, charge a card, start a bank transfer or refund funds, and it connects to no payment gateway or bank. A "receipt" or "refund" is the bookkeeping entry for money someone has already received or paid elsewhere. Safety and privacy: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Your easySales administrator switches AI connections on (off, read only, or read and write), and each person confirms the connection, with two-step verification if the company uses it. What Claude can do follows that person's role. Tool results are treated as data, never as instructions. Disconnect any time in easySales (My profile). Your data is not used to train AI models.
