Overview
Connect ChatGPT to your Extole account. Ask how your programs are performing; get funnel metrics from Extole reports; look up a customer by email to see their profile, journeys, shares, and rewards; review campaign and program configuration, components, audiences, and reward suppliers; and search the Extole help center for setup and how-to guidance. When you ask for it, the app can also update program component settings and file an issue report with Extole. The app works against the Extole account you authorize at sign-in, and you can switch between the Extole clients your user has access to.

extole_docs_search
ChatGPTSearch the Extole help center (https://success.extole.com) for articles matching a phrase. Returns the top 10 matching articles with id, title, url, description, and highlighted snippets but not the full body. Use extole_docs_get with the returned id to fetch the full article.
extole_tool_call
ChatGPTCall the tool by name with parameters returned by toolLoad. Provide tool input only in the parameters object. If the call fails, review the error response, adjust parameters, and call again.
