Overview
Fakvio is cloud invoicing for Czech sole traders (OSVČ) and small companies, built to be run from your AI assistant. The connector gives Claude secure, per-user OAuth access to your Fakvio company so you can run your invoicing by conversation. What you can do: - Issue invoices, credit notes and proforma invoices, complete them, mark them paid, send them by e-mail with PDF/ISDOC attachments, or export PDF, ISDOC 6.0.2 and UBL/Peppol files. - Manage clients, look up Czech companies in ARES and verify EU VAT IDs in VIES. - Record received (supplier) invoices with attachments, approve them and track what you owe. - Review the dashboard, overdue invoices, bank payments, payment reminders and recurring invoice schedules. - Get VAT reports, EPO filings (VAT return, control statement, EU summary), OSS reports and accounting exports for Pohoda, Money S3 and ABRA Flexi. - Estimate income tax and insurance for a Czech self-employed person and compare tax regimes (flat-rate tax, lump-sum expenses, tax records). Safety: every tool is annotated read-only or write; you choose read-only or read-write access on the consent screen and can revoke the connection at any time in Fakvio under Settings → Integrations. Destructive actions (reverting, un-paying, deleting) are marked so Claude asks for confirmation first. Requires a Fakvio account at https://app.fakvio.cz.
