Overview

FieldDraft is a quoting tool for trade and home-service contractors: electricians, plumbers, HVAC, handymen, painters, roofers and more. Describe a job in plain words, in English or Spanish, and FieldDraft drafts an itemized quote using only the products, services and prices in your own FieldDraft price book. It never makes up a price: any line it can't match to your price book is flagged and left unpriced, so nothing you didn't set reaches a customer. Each draft also lists assumptions, exclusions and the questions to confirm before sending. With the FieldDraft connector you can ask Claude to: - draft a quote from a job description - find a quote or list your recent quotes - search your price book ("what do I charge for a GFCI replacement?") - change a quote's lines (quantities, prices, adding or removing lines) - push a confirmed quote to your Jobber account, or sync your Jobber price book Nothing is sent to your customer from Claude. You review the quote in FieldDraft and send it yourself, as a link your customer can accept and sign, or from Jobber or QuickBooks. Requires a FieldDraft account (14-day free trial at fielddraftapp.com, then $39/month per business, or a free plan with 3 drafts a month). Plans are managed on fielddraftapp.com.
