Overview
FilingSpy turns SEC filings into data an agent can use. Ask what Berkshire or Pershing Square bought last quarter, which stocks the most tracked funds are adding, who is buying their own company's shares, or what a 10-K says about litigation, and get answers drawn from the filings themselves. Tools cover: tracked superinvestor portfolios by quarter (13F-HR and N-PORT), position history and investor comparisons, stock consensus across funds, Form 4 insider trades with price-checked dollar values, as-filed XBRL financial statements (every cell linked to the filing), canonical metrics by period, filing lists, section text and AI summaries of 10-K/10-Q/8-K/proxy filings, and company resolution by name or ticker. Every figure carries its source link and reporting period. Nothing is estimated from memory: if a value is not in a filing, the tool says so. Prices and dollar values are flagged when they cannot be verified. Free with every FilingSpy account: 200 tool calls a day over the full history (13F back to 1998, Form 4 back to 2006). The MCP plan or Pro raises the daily budget to 2,000 calls, separate from FilingSpy chat. Read-only. Not investment advice.
