formset

formset is a form builder with no form builder. You already have the people: a class, a club, a team, the customers you're talking to. Tell Claude what you need to learn from them, and you get the questions drafted and a live form at a public link. People answer from any browser, with no account. Things people ask for: - "A quick anonymous check-in for my class on how this unit went." - "A signup for our club's spring teams: which team, and how many hours a week." - "Questions for the people I'm building this for: what they use today and what gets in the way." When answers come in, ask in the same conversation. "How did the class rate the pace?" gets counts and averages. "What did people say gets in the way?" gets the actual answers. "Send me everything as a spreadsheet" gets a CSV link. What you can do: - Create and edit forms by describing them: text, email, URL, phone, number, choices, date, rating and yes/no, with show/hide logic - Open, close or delete a form - Read answers with filters, or get counts and averages for every question - Get a QR code to put on the board, an embed snippet, or a read-only results page to share - Add a banner picture, and search across your forms and answers Pro ($12/month) adds password protection, payment buttons on the thank-you page (links to your own Venmo, PayPal or Stripe, so the money goes straight to you), your own colours with no formset mark, JSON export, and answers kept as long as you want. Your data: formset makes no AI model calls of its own. Claude sees your forms and answers only when you ask about them. You sign in with Google, and formset asks only for your email, name and profile picture, so it cannot reach your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts. Every query is scoped to your account.
