Overview
GoSearch connects your AI assistant to your organization's knowledge base. Ask a question and get answers pulled from the apps your team already uses, like Google Drive, Slack, Jira, Notion, and 100+ more, all in one place. Use it two ways: - Search across your connected apps to find the document, message, or ticket you need, with links back to the source. - Ask GoAI a question and get a written answer grounded in your organization's content, with citations so you can verify where it came from. GoSearch respects your existing permissions, so you only see results from content you already have access to.
Tools
Ask GoAI a question via the GoSearch /goai/response API (https://www.gosearch.ai). GoAI generates an answer grounded in the user's organization knowledge base (the same content surfaced by the search tool) and returns the answer with citations. Use when the user asks a question that needs a synthesized answer rather than a list of links - e.g. 'how do I request PTO?' or 'what's our refund policy?'. Read-only.
