tofu is AI bookkeeping for accountants and finance teams. It reads bills, receipts, sales invoices, credit notes and bank statements, and prepares them for your accounting software. The tofu connector brings that workflow into Claude, so you can manage it in plain language. With Claude and tofu you can: - Upload documents and check their extraction status - Find and summarize invoices, expenses and bank statements, and see what needs review - Fix extraction results, such as accounts, tax codes, totals, dates and line items - Teach tofu your preferences with rules (knowledge cards), and check them for conflicts or duplicates - Publish approved documents to, connected accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, freee, Sage, Zoho and MYOB - Set up and maintain entities, including chart of accounts, tax rates, contacts, items, currencies and tags - Manage members, integrations and submitters, and review usage and billing The connector can read and change data in your tofu account, including deleting records and publishing to your accounting software.
