Helena by Enrich Labs helps marketing teams manage paid ads, publish SEO content, schedule social posts, send email campaigns, and analyze performance from a ChatGPT conversation using their Enrich Labs account. Paid advertising: Review performance and create or update supported campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Manage supported budgets, bids, keywords, and ad settings with explicit approval. SEO and content: Research Google keywords, review existing articles, and draft, update, or publish posts to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost, Blogger, and HubSpot. AI-search visibility (GEO/AEO): Review AI brand mentions and modeled AI keyword-demand estimates through a connected DataForSEO integration. These estimates are not observed ChatGPT query counts. Social media: Draft and publish posts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads. Schedule posts on supported platforms and manage the content calendar; Threads publishing is immediate-only. Email marketing: Create and edit campaigns and reusable templates for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Brevo. Send approved campaigns now or schedule them for later. This connection manages campaigns, not triggered email flows. Analytics: Analyze Google Analytics 4 (GA4) traffic and available ad-platform metrics, including spend, conversions, CPA, and ROAS. Creative production: Generate marketing images, short videos, and music with Helena. Compose videos from workspace HTML and media, and receive playable or downloadable asset links. Marketing Intelligence: Search curated marketing references and inspect previews of email, advertising, brand, and campaign examples to inform original work. Requires an Enrich Labs account and the relevant connected integrations and permissions. Available actions vary by platform. Generation and some research features consume Helena credits.
