Overview
ImageKit DAM connects Claude to your ImageKit Digital Asset Management (DAM) account so you can work with your media library in plain language. What you can do: - Search and browse files and folders using names, tags, file types, dates, and custom metadata fields, with an interactive results view for browsing thumbnails and previews. - Inspect file details, versions, and embedded metadata, and restore or remove older versions. - Upload files from your device or from public URLs with an interactive upload form, and create folders. - Organize assets: add or remove tags and AI tags, set custom metadata on one file or in bulk, copy, move, and rename files and folders, and publish or unpublish assets. - Curate media collections: create collections, add or remove assets, and manage who can access them. - Share and deliver: download a single file, create zip archives of files, folders, or collections, and create, update, or revoke password-protected public links with validity windows. - Govern your library: manage custom metadata field definitions, path policies that enforce upload rules on specific folders, saved extension presets for AI auto-tagging, and access control for files and folders. - Maintain delivery: purge CDN cache for updated URLs and track bulk job status. Every tool is scoped to your ImageKit account through OAuth. Read-only tools are annotated so Claude can browse without confirmation, while write and delete tools are marked destructive so you stay in control of changes. Requires an ImageKit account with the media library enabled. Some capabilities, such as path policies and AI-generated image management, depend on your ImageKit plan.
