inboxmcp

Connect supported IMAP mailboxes to Claude using mailbox-scoped OAuth. Read incoming email events, message details and plain-text bodies, with saved owner preferences or connector defaults identified by source and revision, separate from email content. Claude performs the analysis; inboxmcp does not classify or rank messages. Five read tools are available. An optional decision tool records a local decision and stops remaining delivery/retries for that event; already-sent requests may still complete. It does not change future-email preferences or send notifications. The connector cannot send, delete, move or mark source mail as read and does not parse attachments. Native Claude background subscriptions and device notifications are not included. Limited public beta: an inboxmcp account and a supported IMAP mailbox are required. Client access/app passwords depend on the mailbox provider. Synthetic review data is provided for evaluation.
