Create a new manual JobLoop application. Ask the user before creating if companyName or roleTitle is unclear, or before bulk-adding jobs found from LinkedIn/web search. Notes will include 'Added via {agentName} using JobLoop MCP'. This tool cannot update or delete applications.

jobloop_create_debrief

Create an interview debrief for an existing application. Use companyName and roleTitle from the user's request or from jobloop_search_applications. Do not show or ask users for internal IDs. This tool cannot update or delete debriefs.
