K-φ

by K-phi Enterprise Kft.

Overview

K-Φ turns a raw accounting export into audited-grade figures, without manual cleanup and without an account. Give Claude a general ledger, a trial balance or a FEC export, CSV or TSV, from SAP, Sage, Cegid, QuickBooks, Xero, Pennylane, NetSuite or any other system. K-Φ's deterministic engine detects the format, maps the columns, builds the financial statements and returns: 30 standard KPIs: EBITDA and margins, operating and net income, DSO, DPO, DIO, cash conversion cycle, working capital, liquidity and leverage ratios, ROE. Bank covenants tested against your own thresholds (DSCR, net debt/EBITDA, interest coverage, gearing, current ratio), with any breach flagged explicitly. A cash forecast per entity, per business unit or consolidated, built on the DSO/DPO actually observed in your ledger, not on generic assumptions. An interactive dashboard, valid 24 hours, with tiles, charts, covenant status and a projection panel you can re-scope entity by entity. Every figure is traceable: each KPI carries its formula and the accounts behind it, and kphi_explain_kpi returns that breakdown on demand. When a ratio cannot be computed honestly (no debt accounts, interest not isolable, no opening balances), K-Φ says so and explains why. Large files go through a secure single-use upload link (up to 500 MB). Each analysis runs in its own isolated sandbox, deleted within 24 hours unless you claim it. Multi-entity previews aggregate as a simple sum. Claim your results and the full K-Φ workspace opens, free for 30 days: consolidation with FX and intercompany elimination; AR and AP invoices imported from QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or any ERP and reconciled against the ledger; live bank feeds in the US, Canada and Europe feeding the forecast; and BUILD, coming soon: your own extension of K-Φ, built from Claude on data the platform has already normalised.

Tools

kphi_analyze_ledger

Claude
Financial analysis and forecast of a GL, trial-balance or ledger export (CSV, TSV, FEC, SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) from ledger text already in the conversation: a pasted table or an extract. For an attached or named file of any size call kphi_request_upload first instead, and never total or summarize the file yourself. Returns P&L, balance sheet, 30 KPIs (EBITDA, margins, DSO/DPO/DIO, liquidity), bank covenants (DSCR, Debt/EBITDA, interest coverage) and the per-entity/BU forecast with GL-observed DSO/DPO, as a Markdown summary, the interactive report link (analysis_url, personal, 24 hours), kpis[] (id, value, formula, threshold, status), forecast, alerts and notes; all figures are inline, the report link is additional. Output contract report_version 1.1, with structuredContent carrying analysis_url, kpis[], forecast (series per entity/BU, methods, fcBlocked verbatim), alerts, notes and detected.column_map; present analysis_url with your summary. Typed errors: parse_error (unreadable format), needs_input (missing parameter, fixable via column_map), engine_error (server-side unavailability). Multi-entity files are summed as-is, no FX conversion and no intercompany elimination; per-entity views are reliable in local currency, and full consolidation happens in the K-Phi platform once the user claims the analysis. Data: isolated sandbox tenant, hard-deleted within 24 hours unless claimed.

kphi_explain_kpi

Claude
Explains one KPI from an analysis: definition, formula, the ledger accounts behind the figure, and what the threshold means for a bank covenant. Call it when the user asks what a figure means or how it was computed.

kphi_get_analysis

Claude
Second step after kphi_request_upload: returns the analysis for an analysis_id once the user has dropped the file on the link. Same result as kphi_analyze_ledger: a Markdown summary to present, the interactive report link (analysis_url, personal, 24 hours), kpis[] with value, formula, threshold and status, the per-entity and per-BU forecast, alerts and notes. If the upload is not done yet, say so and ask the user to drop the file; do not analyze anything yourself in the meantime.

kphi_request_upload

Claude
Start here for any attached or named ledger file (GL, trial balance, FEC; CSV, TSV, XLSX; SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage), whatever its size: returns a secure 15-minute link the user drops the file on, in one step and a few seconds, with nothing else to fill in. The file goes straight to K-Phi, never through the assistant, so call this before any analysis of your own and hand the link to the user as soon as you have it. Then call kphi_get_analysis with the analysis_id for the full result: P&L, balance sheet, 30 KPIs, bank covenants (DSCR, Debt/EBITDA, interest coverage) and the per-entity forecast, the same as the inline path. Up to 500 MB and 200,000 entries for an anonymous analysis.
