Kanera
by Happen Software
Overview
Kanera is project management software built around workspaces, boards, lists, and cards. This connector gives Claude access to the same work you can see in Kanera, so you can review and update projects in conversation instead of switching apps. Once connected, Claude can read your workspaces, boards, and cards, and — with the write scope approved — create and update them. It covers cards and assignments, due dates, labels, custom fields, checklists and checklist templates, comments and mentions, notes, and attachments, plus board and list configuration, automations, and reporting. Global Work views (My Cards, Team Cards, and Portfolio) let Claude look across every board you can access rather than one board at a time, and search reaches cards, notes, comments, and attachment filenames. Typical uses: - Run a standup: ask what changed on a board since yesterday and what is now overdue. - Triage a backlog: find unassigned or stale cards, then assign owners and set due dates. - Review workload before planning: see what each teammate is carrying across projects. - Turn a conversation into work: create a card with a checklist and due date from what you just discussed. - Report on a period: summarize completed work across a workspace for a client or stakeholder update. Authentication uses OAuth. You sign in to Kanera and approve the scopes you want, and Claude acts as you — it can only see and change the boards your own account can access. Read access is granted first and write access is optional, so you can start read-only. Workspace administration is never available over OAuth, regardless of your role in Kanera. You can review and revoke connected agents at any time in your Kanera profile settings. Requires a Kanera account. Works with Kanera's hosted service and with self-hosted Kanera.
