Ken is a cold email outreach tool for B2B sales teams. Connect your Ken workspace to plan, run and follow up on your email campaigns from the chat. - Review campaigns, their leads and where each one stands. - Build campaigns: find people and companies in Ken's B2B database, add them as leads, and write segments and email sequences. - Read replies in your inbox, draft answers and reply to prospects. - Check results: replies, bounces and deliverability by campaign, inbox or domain. - Organize work with tags, keep a blocklist of companies and addresses you never contact, and see meetings booked from your campaigns. Ken works only inside the workspace you connect, with the permissions you approve when you sign in. Sending email requires a sending inbox connected in the Ken app. Tools that email, invite or notify people say so, and Ken asks before it sends, launches a campaign or deletes anything.
