Kinetic Pacer

Kinetic Pacer is a training and nutrition app for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. This connector lets your AI work with the Kinetic data you choose to share. Ask how your training week went, compare workouts against your plan, or check your calories and macros. Ask for a new training plan or meal plan and it arrives in Kinetic for you to review; nothing is added until you approve it. If you allow it, your AI can also log a meal or add items to your shopping list, and you can undo those in the app. You choose what is shared when you connect, in the Kinetic app, and you can revoke the connection at any time. Routes, GPS and data that other apps wrote to Apple Health or Health Connect are never shared.
