adjust-usage-tool
ChatGPTAdjust subscription usage by increasing or decreasing the current usage value. Use "increase" to add usage (e.g. after serving a request), use "decrease" to subtract usage (e.g. to correct an overcount). Value defaults to 1 if not specified. On increase, returns 422 if the new total would exceed the usage limit. After a successful adjustment, the API dispatches a subscription.usage.updated webhook.
cancel-subscription-tool
ChatGPTCancel a subscription, or cancel a pending upgrade/downgrade when the ID belongs to the pending plan-change subscription.
check-group-usage-tool
ChatGPTCheck usage for all subscriptions in a group. Returns usage status for each member subscription, including their individual limits and remaining quota. Works for both recurring and one-time service groups — each member has its own usage, limit, is_reached, and remaining data. The response also includes group-level totals (total_usage, total_limit, total_remaining). Requires a Group ID.
check-usage-tool
ChatGPTCheck subscription usage status — returns remaining quota, limit, and whether the limit is reached. Accepts a specific Subscription ID (not a Group ID).
complete_provider_setup
ChatGPTFinish the authenticated user's Komashi provider setup only after the user has explicitly approved the final business, one primary service and settings summary in the conversation. This prepares the same user-bound session and returns the canonical Komashi Summary continuation link; the user can still review and edit the values there. If the user requests a change before creating the provider, update the same session with save_business_setup_details and call this tool again after approval. Never infer approval from supplied facts or a draft. Never ask the user for a setup hash or session id; when setup_session is omitted, use the authenticated user's active setup session.
complete_service_setup
ChatGPTFinish an interactive Komashi service setup only after the user explicitly approves the complete service summary. This does not create the service immediately; it returns the canonical Komashi Manage Services continuation link where the user can review, edit and create it. If the user requests a change before creation, update the same session with save_service_setup_details and call this tool again after approval. Never infer approval from supplied facts or a draft. Never ask the user for a setup hash or session id; omit it to use the authenticated user/provider service setup session.
create-customer-contact-tool
ChatGPTCreate a new customer contact.
create-customer-tool
ChatGPTCreate a new customer for the authenticated provider.
create-service-tool
ChatGPTDirectly create a new service only when the user has already explicitly confirmed every required value. Do not use this tool for normal conversational onboarding, do not choose a provider or service settings on the user's behalf, and do not call it before a final approval. For an interactive ChatGPT/Claude or Komashi flow, use save_service_setup_details followed by complete_service_setup instead. This direct tool uses the same core input choices as the Komashi admin service-creation modal. Required inputs: - name: service name - description: short service summary, max 500 characters - language: UI language code such as en, hu, de, fr - billing_type: recurring or one_time - enable_multiple_subscribe: true = one customer may buy multiple subscriptions; false = single subscription per customer - vat_sale_type: VAT category for what and how you sell VAT categories: - digital: software, downloads, streaming, automated online services - general: human work or expertise, including remote consulting - goods_leave_country: physical goods shipped from the provider country - goods_stay_in_country: physical goods supplied locally in the provider country - on_site_at_seller: location-bound service performed at the seller location - on_site_at_buyer: location-bound service performed at the customer location This matches the same main creation choices used in the Komashi admin UI: name, description, language, recurring vs one-time, multi-subscribe, and VAT type.

save_business_setup_details
ChatGPTSave user-confirmed business setup details in a temporary Komashi onboarding session. This tool does not create a business or service record; it returns the collected fields and the next setup step. On the first turn after the setup request, ask which business the user wants to configure and wait for the answer; do not call this tool before that answer, even if context suggests a single business. Have a real conversation with the user and never silently choose a business, service or setting on the user's behalf. Before collecting setup data, identify the business the user wants to configure. Even if exactly one business or project is plausible, present it and wait for explicit confirmation; if several are plausible, show a short numbered list, mark the most likely option as recommended, and wait for the user's choice. Always offer "None of these — describe a new business." If the user names another business, try to find and inspect its public website; if no reliable website can be found or reached, ask the user for its URL and stop instead of inventing facts. After the business is confirmed, prepare a factual draft of at least five complete sentences and store it as a safe draft; request explicit approval only before the final completion step. Inspect the confirmed website homepage, about, service, pricing, FAQ, terms and contact pages where available. Handle the logo as a separate short checkpoint: show a reliable website logo candidate and ask whether to use it, or accept a direct logo URL or an accessible ChatGPT/Claude upload URL supplied by the user. Only pass a confirmed accessible image URL in logo; never claim to have received an inaccessible attachment. Then identify exactly one primary service, show its name and description as a draft, and wait for explicit confirmation. Discuss consequential settings with the user, including website, service language, country, VAT mode, billing and renewal behaviour, storefront, multi-subscription setting and the desired subdomain; recommend a subdomain if useful, but never choose it silently. Use reliable context without making the user repeat it, but never invent facts or run a field-by-field interview. Store only values the user has confirmed. Never ask the user for a setup hash or session id. The setup_session input is optional; when omitted, use the authenticated user's active setup session and create one automatically if needed. This tool only stores the user-bound setup session; it does not create a provider. Call complete_provider_setup only after the user explicitly approves the complete final summary, including the business, one service and settings; a draft, supplied facts or prior conversation is not approval.
save_service_setup_details
ChatGPTSave user-confirmed service setup details in a temporary Komashi onboarding session for the selected business. Returns the collected fields and the next setup step. This safe draft action stores only user- and provider-bound setup data and never creates or modifies the service record. When the provider is already supplied by Komashi, do not ask the user to select it again. Merge repeated safe edits into the same session without requesting redundant confirmation; ask for confirmation only before the consequential final create step. Collect the service name, factual description, language, self-service or provider-managed mode, storefront visibility, recurring or one-time billing, multiple subscriptions and VAT sale type. Call complete_service_setup only after the user explicitly approves the complete final summary. Never ask the user for a setup hash or session id.
select-provider-tool
ChatGPTSelect one of the authenticated user's Komashi providers for the current MCP session. This never grants access to providers that are not linked to the authenticated user.
sync-usage-tool
ChatGPTSync subscription usage/consumption by setting an absolute total usage value (e.g. queries, credits). If the submitted value exceeds the usage limit, the API returns a 422 error with details. After a successful sync, the API dispatches a subscription.usage.updated webhook and returns the current usage status. Use AdjustUsageTool for incremental adjustments.
